Ransom County is accepting applications for the Full-time position of Deputy Tax Equalization Director/County Assessor. Under direct supervision of the Director of Tax equalization, this position is responsible for the inspection & assessment of agricultural, residential, & commercial property. Minimum requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent and valid ND class D driver’s license. Preferred requirements but not required: 2yr technical degree with experience in real estate, building construction, property appraisal or equivalent combination of education and experience.
